MASTERMIND TALK: Digitalization, digital change and change management (TU Vienna, Hilda Tellioglu)
Hilda Tellioglu, the expert, gave a mastermind talk on the topic “Digitalization, Digital Change & Change Management” on 18. April 2024 in Schlosspark Mauerbach within the framework of the “ IT Leader Club ”.
Her keynote speech elaborated on how digital technologies change the economy, revolutionize business processes, improve scalability and agility through advanced insights with data analysis, optimize communication with a set of digital tools, increase efficiency in project management through software, and highlight the core of change management in digital transformation.
This was followed by an extensive discussion with the expert. Interesting case studies from several problems in the immediate environment were presented, the participants talked about which. It is through such a discussion that participants could further deepen their knowledge and add new perspectives and views.
